Notice for Realtors and Landlords:

For sale, for rent or any real estate signs must be the HOA Board approved sign.  Signs can be ordered at Next Day Signs located at 6744 Memorial Ave. in the Home Depot Shopping Center at the corner of Memorial and Hillsborough.  813-249-6398.  They have the Palm Bay specifications on file.  There is no deviation from this specification.  The Sign-A-Rama sign is obsolete and should not be used.  

 

Leased Properties:

All leases for rented properties must be reviewed and approved by the HOA before the tenant moves in.   It is imperative that the tenants understand and abide by our Deed Restrictions.  Please respect your neighbors and the HOA - submit leases for approval and help us to enforce them.  We will not be able to apply for a tennis court key or supply a gate remote without review of the lease.  

 

Please email palmbayhoa@gmail.com for a copy of the Palm Bay Lease Addendum, that must be completed before the lease will be approved.

 

Send the completed form to the HOA email address.  

 

 

Important Information Regarding the Palm Bay Gates:

 

Envera Systems  have been contracted by Palm Bay CDD to provide cameras and security at our gates.

 

Please contact the CDD at www.palmbaycdd.net for specific information regading your property.

 

 

Regarding requests for opening the front gate for special circumstances (e.g., Open House, Garage Sale).  Please contact me with as much notice as possible, I can program dates and times in remotely for when the gate needs to be open and close.  We have had instances of simply throwing the breaker off to the gate which opens it but also causes issues and forces the neighborhood to incur costs for repair.
