Located at the top of Old Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida, we are a waterfront community with 100 homes surrounded by water and natural conservation. Our community has many amenities including a beach area with sand volleyball, access to a playground, tennis courts, basketball court and a fresh water marina with direct access to Tampa Bay.
Our community is governed by two organizations, the Palm Bay Homeowners Association (HOA) and the Palm Bay Community Development District (CDD).
Palm Bay HOA is primarily responsible for enforcing deed restrictions throughout the community. The HOA is also actively involved in enhancing community appearance, coordinating social events, and identifying areas of improvement within the community. The HOA Board is made up of at least 3 Officers that are elected for 2 to 3 year terms and are elected in the March Annual Homeowners’ Meeting. Board meetings are generally once every three months and are open to all residents.
The Palm Bay CDD is a government entity that is responsible for all roads, common areas, marina, beach, front entrance, underground utilities and grounds. There are 5 CDD Supervisors which are elected to 4 year terms with elections every other November. CDD meetings are quarterly at 9.30 a.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott in Oldsmar. They are also open to all residents.
